What should I do if the item is damaged/faulty or not what I ordered?

We will make a full refund/replacement for your purchase if the item is damaged or not what you ordered. Please contact us via email (store@ninjatheory.com) with your order number and a description of the issue within 14 days from the date you received your order. Return address varies depending on the type of the product and your location so it is important to drop us an email before sending back your item(s).

 

What should I do if my item is not delivered or lost?

If your item(s) is not delivered within 28 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us via email (store@ninjatheory.com) to arrange a full refund or replacement. Please include your order number and which item(s) hasn't arrived in your email.

 

What if I’ve changed my mind after the purchase?

If you would like to return a purchase, you may do so within 14 days from the date you received your order. This does not affect your statutory rights. The item must be in a resalable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. Please contact us via email (store@ninjatheory.com) with your order number and the reason for return before sending back your item(s). Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us when you cancel your order.
